liriopes are dying - Knowledgebase Question

My liriopes which hedge a planting bed are dying one by one down the row. The leaves start turing yellow and in a matter of days they are nothing but a tiny sprout. Then the next one in the row starts turing yellow. I have tried a product called

This sounds like some type of root rot. I suggest you take a sample from a plant that is dying but not yet dead to your County Extension Office for them to look over. With the sample in hand they may be able to diagnose it specifically and recommend an appropriate course of action. Their contact info is:
