The Q&A Archives: Getting rid of wild flowers

Question: How do I get rid of wild flowers from the root without damaging the plants that I want to keep?

Answer: The best way to preserve your favorite plants while getting rid of weedy wildflowers is to hand pull the plants you don't want. If you get them roots and all, they will be permanently gone from your garden bed and the plants you want to keep won't be affected by chemicals.
