I have been trying to get rid of these pesty white flies what I think they are not sure. They are all over all my flowers. I have roses too and I don't want to lose them because of these pest. What can I buy to get rid of them. I have bought bayer advanced rose and flower spray and it makes them go away for a little while but they come right back. I hope they are not aphids. Did you have any suggestions.

Thanks

One main difference between aphids and whiteflies is that whiteflies will fly away if you disturb the plant and aphids will just keep on munching. While aphids do fly, they're not as jittery as whiteflies! Whiteflies are difficult to control once they've populated and area; aphids can be controlled, but it takes time. Both can be controlled with repeated sprays of insecticidal soap. You'll have better success with the whiteflies if you spray in the early morning or late evening when the pests have settled down on the leaves and branches. Hope this helps!
