What can I put down on my lawn so that my female dog does not keep burning the grass with her urine? I have laid down winter fertilizer but that didn't work. Please help!!!

I wish there were something magical you could do, but the salts in dog urine are what kills the grass. The best approach is to either hose the area off immediately to help dilute the salts, or confine the dog to a specific area which will leave the majority of your lawn unaffected. You can rake out the dead grass and reseed the bare spots. The grass seeds should germinate within 2 weeks.

Best wishes with your lawn!
