I was going to plant garlic sometime this week but I was just wondering how deep to plant it, and how often should I water it?

Fall is an excellent time to plant garlic. It grows best in a rich, well-draining soil, so be sure to add organic matter like compost to your soil prior to planting. Separate the cloves and plant them 4-6 inches apart, covering them with 1-2 inches of soil. Garlic should be watered once or twice a week, depending upon weather. Hope you have a bountiful harvest!
