I have just brought some beautiful annual baskets inside to hopefully keep them through the winter. Can I feed them at this time?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but annual plants are just that - they live for one growing season, flower, set seeds and then die. You may be able to extend their lives for a few weeks by regularly removing the spent flowers before they set seeds, but eventually the annuals will die out. Wish I had better news for you!
