| Either fall or spring are good times to put topsoil on the low spots and reseed. You can purchase packaged topsoil at your local garden center if you have only a few areas to level or, if you have lots of areas to fill in, purchase topsoil in bulk and have it delivered. If you purchase by the truckload, ask for 3 way mix or 4 way mix. These will contain garden soil, sand, and organic matter. After spreading the topsoil, overseed with perennial ryegrass or fescue.
