Morning Glory Orchids not flowering - Knowledgebase Question

I purchased a Morning Glory Orchid one year ago. I placed it in a plastic pot, put a hole in the bottom for drainage, put some screening material on the bottom of the pot. Put orchid bark in the pot. I live in zone 10. It gets full sun. The plant looks healthy but, it hasn't produced one flower. I used some orchid fertilizer last month. What to do?

It could be due to temperatures or humidity of the plant's growing location, or maybe due to a lack of light intensity. They don't want direct sun but need brightness. The following web site is also helpful in growing that orchid:
