| Dicentra exima 'Luxuiant' is a fringed-type bleeding heart which has, obviously, a more serrated leaf than the spectabilis and flowers into the fall on and off. Dicentra spectabilis is the old fashioned bleeding heart with pink flowers also, but only flowers in early summer and then goes dormant. The care for both is similar. |
