I planted some tomato, jalepeno peppers and cukes in a window tray. They are now starting to grow. Do I need to transplant them to bigger containers or should I wait until it's time to put them outside?

By "window tray", I'm assuming you used a shallow tray with potting soil. I'd suggest you transplant the seedlings into individual pots (4-6" diameter either peat or plastic) and place them under shop or grow lights for one month until it's safe to plant outdoors in your area. In the window the plants will tend to get tall and leggy, making them harder to handle and having a greater chance of transplant shock when placed outdoors. Keep them watered and fertilized lightly and they will be happy until May.
