| You may find gardeners with an abundance of red worms right in your own neighborhood - check with your local Master Gardeners or gardening clubs. If not, you can purchase red wigglers at bait shops and sometimes through the mail. I'd check locally first, though. Look in your phone book under county offices for the Cooperative Extension office nearest you. Contact them and they'll put you in touch with local Master Gardeners or Master Composters.
