I want to use clay flower pots on my stamped concrete patio. How can I prevent staining the concrete where the pot sits. The patio is sealed with a glossy sealer.

If your patio concrete has been sealed, excess water from your container garden should not stain or penetrate the concrete. However, to be on the safe side, you can purchase saucers specially made to sit beneath the flower pots and catch excess water. They are available in clear plastic, colored plastic, and sealed terra cotta. Some are even highly decorated and can look quite fashionable. Best wishes with your container garden!
