My adonidia palms trees leaves which i just planted begning to dry.why is this happening.

Adonidia palm will grow in most soils, except those that are too soggy. I suspect you're keeping the palm too wet. The ragged tips can be the result of wind damage or of insect feeding (prior to the fronds unfurling). I'd water less frequently and allow the plant to become well established before removing the damaged fronds. Best wishes with your palm!
