Hibiscus are frost tender so if you've had some frosty weather, the leaves will die on the plants but the roots should be okay. Prune your plants back to encourage new growth. You should see new leaves emerging from the stems as long as you keep the plants well watered. If no new growth appears, the roots have died over the winter months and the plants will need to be replaced. Let's hope they revive this spring!
