Zone 8 What perennial seeds can be sown directly outside?

The last frost date for Zone 8 is typically between mid-March and mid-April. You can direct sow cool season plants (pansies, snapdragons, peas) in mid-March and most every other perennial in mid-April. Enjoy your garden!
