My 30 foot Lemon tree split last Sept, and has been cut back to 10 feet and the cuts have been sealed. Should I fertilized this year as usual? Less? or not at all? I expect a boom growth this year and very little fruit but do the roots need feeding?

I'd go ahead and feed as usual. The root system is still the same size as it was before and will need the usual amount of food and water. Citrus trees grow be leaps and bounds and yours should recover from the damage. To avoid this type of damage in the future, you may have to thin the fruit or use 2x4" lengths of lumber sort of like a crutch to shore up the branches that are heavy with fruit. Best wishes with your lemon tree!
