| Our bare root peach tree (that was doing very well) was pulled on by one of our dogs & all the limbs died on one side, the other side has one limb left that is growing like crazy, how do I get limbs to grow on the other side again? Thanks! |
| Although I'm sure it looks odd right now, your tree will most likely develop branches on the damaged side all on its own. A natural growth pattern would be to have branches all around so I think a young tree will compensate for the lost branches by developing new ones. Give it some time to recover. If, within a year, it doesn't develop new branches, you may have to replace it. Let's hope for the best! |
