I recently transplanted some baby impatiens I had raised from seed. How long will I have to wait before they bud and bloom?

There are a lot of things to consider - including air temperature, and exposure to light, but generally they will begin flowering 4-6 weeks after transplanting. Impatiens have a long flowering season, so once they set buds, you can look forward to several months worth of blossoms.
