how do I keep deer from eating my plants

Deer can be a difficult problem once your plantings are on their regular browse trail. Sometimes alternating different repellent sprays (be sure to read and follow the label directions) will help. Both Deer-Away and Ropel are good deer repellant sprays. Or, you may be able to protect the plants with wire mesh. But in my experience, the most reliable long term protection is a tall fence. I wish I could be more encouraging.
