I had some bulbs I had not planted this past november that had 1-2

It is much too late to plant daffodil bulbs and expect them to flower this year. However, if you don't plant them they will die. So, go ahead and plant the bulbs, allow the foliage they produce to remain until it dies down on its own, then leave the bulbs in the ground. They should bloom right on schedule for you next spring. Enjoy!
