Yellow spots on hibiscus leaves are usually the symptom of insect feeding. If you don't see any pests on the leaves, that means they are long gone so spraying won't help. As long as your hibiscus continues to put out healthy growth, it's fine. You can pull off the affected leaves and healthy new leaves will emerge in their places. Best wishes with your hibiscus!
