Roses are not growing - Knowledgebase Question

I have grown 12 roses plants in the back yard still in the pot couple of them already have leaves but most of them are not growing. I dont' know waht to do. Please Help. I cut the bushes one month ago.

Although roses don't actually go dormant in your gardening region they do stop growing during the winter months. As soon as the weather warms sufficiently you will see new growth. Just be patient with your lovely roses and soon they will reward you. Enjoy!
