You can move your Bleeding Hearts now while they are dormant and they should sprout new growth right on time. They can take a few hours of morning sun but would prefer to have filtered light, especially from the hot summer sun. I have mine planted in a spot that gets full sun from 8-11 a.m. and they are happy. Best wishes with your garden!
