We purchased a home that has lots of yucca and we would like to get rid of it. My husband tried digging it up only to have it grow back. What would you suggest?

Digging is the first defense but there are obviously roots remaining in the ground - perhaps far from the original plants. This can be a real problem to control because they have amazing root reserves. Repeated mowing can help, but you may also need to control them by applying an herbicide containing glyphosate according to the label instructions, keeping in mind you may have to repeat the application if the plants persist. Good luck with your project!
