I have had a forsynthia bush for 4 years..its never bloomed..is it time to dig it up?

Your forsynthia may be in the wrong place so digging and transplanting might be just what it needs. Forsynthia grows and flowers best in full sunshine. Pruning in summer will produce new growth, which should flower the following winter. Hope the move is just what your forsynthia needs!
