I have little bugs, like super small grains of rice all other my citrus trees. What are they and how can I get rid of them? The trees are dying. Thanks,

Iris

I can't really tell from your description what the pests might be. Perhaps all you need to do is hose them off with a strong stream of water or spray them with Insecticidal soap. I'd suggest collecting a few of these pests or a few of the leaves with the pests attached and take them to your local garden center or Cooperative Extension office for positive identification. Once you know what you're dealing with, you will be able to determine how to control them.

Best wishes with your citrus trees!
