The Q&A Archives: Lawn drainage

Question: I have several areas in my back yard lawn that pools water - how can I fix it?

Answer: If the areas are large, you may need to install a curtain drain to direct the water away from the lawn so it doesn't puddle. If the areas are small, you can carefully remove the grass, fill in the sunken areas, then reset the grass. Good luck with your project!
