I have had a Aechmea Fasciata for about three years. It was in flower when I got it. I have lots of new sprouts but can't seem to get any of the plants to flower. Any sugestions?

Your Aechmea is a Bromeliad, also known as the Urn Plant. This type of bromeliad requires high temperatures to bring it into bloom (75F degrees). Treat your plants to a warm, brightly lit place, out of direct sunlight and it will produce a pink flower head. If the temperatures remain lower than 75F, the plant will produce lots of little offsets, but no flowers.
