The Q&A Archives: Unplanted Bulbs Sprouting

Question: can i still plant bulbs in a pot that i forgot to plant in the fall if theyhave already begun to sprout

Answer: If they have already begun to sprout, go ahead and plant them - they are ready to grow! If the ground is still frozen, I'd plant them in pots and set them out in the garden or on an outdoor patio or deck. They should bloom right on time for you. Enjoy!
