I'm from Peru and I would like to have a peruvian lemon tree at home but I dont know what's the name that they use here in California. Here they sell mostly what they call Improved Meyer Lemon, but that's not what I want. Do you have any suggestions or where do I have to go or write to have my question answered? Thank you for reading me. Javier

You are looking for Citrus aurantifolia, the Peruvian lemon. In the US it is called Mexican Lime or Key Lime. The fruit is small and a yellowish green color. Hope this is the fruit tree you are seeking.
