i feel like a complete idiot. i have never planted any kind of seed. i live in se michigan nand i will be getting 5 of the datura seeds. i have no clue what to do. can you help?

There is no time like the present to learn something new and seed starting is really quite simple. Datura seeds should germinate in 21-42 days if kept at 55F-65F degrees. Sow seeds 1/8 inch deep in moistened seed starting mix and cover the seed flats or pots with plastic wrap to help retain moisture and humidity. The seeds should sprout within 6 weeks of sowing.
