When is a good time to cut back the frost burnt plants in my yard? The plants that are completely brown, will the come back or should I just replace them? I live in Southwest Florida.

I would give all affected plants the benefit of the doubt and just expect them to recover. Prune off the obviously dead plant parts but don't dig them up just yet. The roots may be okay and if so, you'll see new growth in a few weeks. If they don't recover within a month, you can replace them. Best wishes with your garden!
