I want to transplant a climbing rose bush and a butterfly bush, i am going to switch spots. When is the best time to do this?

Early spring is the best time to dig and transplant your rose and butterfly bush. Be sure to water them well after the move and water them deeply once each week during the growing season. They should root quickly if you move them now. Best wishes with your garden~
