The Q&A Archives: pavers on slope

Question: I am wanting to lay a path of pavers flush with lawn down a slope. Should the pavers be kept level, or follow the slope?

Answer: Keep the pavers level by building up the soil on the lowest end. Otherwise, you'll slip down the slope when the pavers are wet. Your finished product should look like little steps. Best wishes with your project!
