I live north of Tampa, FL. The cold winter and frost has damaged my Queen Palms and Pygmy Palms. The branches are light brown and some of the branches are starting to fall. What can be done? Hopefully, they are not dead!

You can prune off the dead fronds and as long as the bud in the center of the plant is not damaged, you will see new fronds emerging later this spring. Best wishes with your palms!
