I planted a navel orange tree in 2007 when will it get fruit? it is 3 feet tall and lots of new growth

As long as your tree flowers, it will produce fruit. I've found that it takes a full year for citrus trees to become established in the landscape and then another year or two before it is mature enough to flower. As long as your tree is growing and looks healthy, it will flower when it is ready. All you need to do is continue giving it lots of care. Eventually it will reward you with fruit. Enjoy!
