I have a 12 foot x 4 foot high retaining wall that I would like to conceal this retaining wall with shrubs. Any suggestions to type of shrubs that will grow tall and full. I live in the Mid west.

Arborvitae, boxwood, and euonymus are good evergreen selections and annual shearing will keep them full and bushy enough to hide the retaining wall. Or, you might try growing ornamental grasses or vines such as honeysuckle. Hope these ideas are helpful.
