We just moved to Orlando. I would like to start a vegetable garden. Which plants should I be planting now? And sun requirements?

Vegetables grow best in full sunshine, in rich, loamy soil. Before planting, amend the garden bed with organic matter and dig it in to a depth of 8-10 inches. Right now you can plant beans, beets, carrots, cantaloupe, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, lettuce, peas, peppers, potatoes, radishes, tomatoes and summer squash. Hope you have a bountiful harvest!
