The Q&A Archives: Soy beans

Question: I bought a pack of seeds by Ferry Morse called Soybean (Disoy). I am wondering if that would be the same of simular to Edamamae.

Answer: Disoy is a variety of soybean, marketed as a bush-type bean, tender and flavorful when removed from the pod. Edamamae is generally consumed pod and all and is bred to have tender, flavorful pods. Hope this answers your question!
