I'm growing cherry tomatoes inside my house. Do they need to be pollinated? |
To ensure a good crop of tomatoes, take a cotton swab or a soft camel's hair brush and "visit" each flower, the way the insects would if the plant were outdoors. Gardeners who grow tomato plants in greenhouses do the same - or at least shake the plants daily to help transfer the pollen from one flower to another. Enjoy your tomatoes! |
