I'd like to have a decorative Herb Garden. I have a garden with Herbs in it that I use all of the time, but my husband thinks it looks like weeds. If I can make it more attractive he'd be happier but I've no idea how to do this. |
Most herb plants can be kept small and attractive with frequent pinching and pruning. You may want to start out with small plants this spring and then snip them back every 3-4 weeks to keep them small rather than just allowing them to grow at will. This will not only keep the plants looking neat and attractive, it will also give you lots of fresh new growth to snip for cooking. Give this a try and I think you'll see a big improvement in the appearance of your herb bed. Enjoy! |
