Question: do you need two fruit trees in order to bare fruit from a fruit trees

Answer: It really depends upon the fruit tree. Some are self-fruitful and others need a different cultivar in order to set fruit. The label on the container or the tag on the tree should indicate whether or not a second tree is needed for pollination.

Best wishes with your new tree(s)!
