Are there any cherry trees that bloom more than once a year? Also, what is the best choice of cherry tree (fruiting or just flowering) to grow in a relatively small space in my area (Chesapeake, VA)?

I'm afraid cherry trees bloom only once per year. There may be varieties that have a longer bloom period than others, but still the bloom will be concentrated at one period of the year. For a great selection of attractive, small cherries, check out the Edible Landscaping website at www.eat-it.com - you can order on-line. Enjoy!
