Good Day! Our back porch is a standard, plain square slab of concrete. It appears that a previous owner tiled the concrete. The tile is long-gone leaving the multi-levelled mess on the concrete from the 'mortar' used to originally lay the tile. Is there any way to remove the debris and clean up the concrete, please? Thank You!

You can rent a machine - usually at a do it yourself tile and flooring store - that will chip away at the old mortar and leave the concrete smooth.
