The Q&A Archives: Balcony Garden

Question: I have a balcony that I would like to have plants on. Unfortunately the slats are so high that not a lot of sun gets to the balcony itself. I want something that is very beautiful to look at that grows in shade. I really like the tropical plant looks. Green & leafy. Any suggestions??
