Answer: Start by applying a Turfbuilder, which is a weed and feed product. Then wait 2-3 weeks before reseeding. This will give the pelleted weed and feed a chance to work it's way down to the soil surface and begin to dissolve. That way, the new grass seed will have room to germinate and send out its roots.
