The Q&A Archives: Cherry trees

Question: how do you space cherry trees for cross pollination

Answer: For best pollination, cherry trees should be planted within 50 feet of one another. You can space them closer, depending upon the cultivar you are growing and their mature sizes, but 50' is maximum to ensure good cross pollination.
