| A dog's urine changes the pH of the soil after a while and lime can help correct that problem. The usual practice is to hose the area off and then sprinkle lime where your dog urinated. It won't hurt your lawn and it may help. It is hard to apply to much lime to a lawn so there are no recipes for applying it. Just sprinkle it on and it will work its way down into the soil and slowly change the pH. |
