Bromeliads care - Knowledgebase Question

HI. i have a guzmania and its turning her leaves tips yellow and some little brown in the end i got this on about a month or to on home depot. It in shade, good light, good air.i flush the water from the cup(always full) every week, i dont water the soil only when i flush it or when i mist it. What should i do? Is it good to mist it daily?

I think the air is too dry for your bromeliad. Instead of misting it, try setting it on a tray filled with pebbles and then keeping a half inch of water in the tray. As the water evaporates it will increase the humidity around your bromeliad and that should help make it happier. Best wishes with your bromeliad!
