Is it better to wait for fall for my fruit trees. I plan to do apples and peashes. Also I saw multiple fruit dwarf trees. Are those good producers? How do those rate?

Fruit trees can be planted bareroot in December - February, or spring or summer if they are growing in containers. You can plant now. The multiple fruit bearing trees are fun to grow. Each different fruit develops on a different branch of the tree. Enjoy your new fruit trees!
